Every JAVA piece is handmade with care in our partner ateliers by skilled artisans. This craftsmanship ensures unique finishes and attention to detail that mass production simply cannot replicate.

How should I care for my JAVA MODE clothing?

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your JAVA MODE pieces, we recommend caring for them gently. Most garments should be hand-washed in cold water or washed on a delicate cycle, then laid flat or hung to dry in the shade. Avoid harsh detergents and high-heat drying, as they can damage natural fibers like linen, cotton, viscose, and rayon.

Is each item limited edition?

Yes! Each JAVA piece is produced in small batches, carefully handcrafted by our partner artisans. This means our collections are truly unique and not mass-produced, allowing you to own garments that feel as special and individual as you are.

Do your accessories match with all dresses in the JAVA MODE collection?

We carefully curate our jewelry, shoes, and bags to harmonize with our clothing collections, making it easy to create a complete look. At the same time, each of our creations is singular and distinctive, designed to stand out on its own.

Are your fabrics eco-friendly or sustainably sourced?

At JAVA, sustainability is rooted in the way we create. While not every fabric we use is certified organic, our commitment lies in quality over quantity: we produce in small batches, never mass-produced, ensuring less waste and greater respect for resources.

Do you restock popular pieces once sold out?

We sometimes bring back our timeless essentials — the pieces you truly can’t live without. However, not every design is restocked, as we love to leave space for creativity and introduce new inspirations each season.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay securely via PayPal. For customers in certain regions, additional local payment options may be available at checkout.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

We gladly accept international payments. Wherever you are in the world, you can shop JAVA MODE with ease using major credit/debit cards or PayPal. All transactions are processed securely, so you can enjoy our collections no matter your location.

Do you offer gift cards or store credit?

We’re working on it! Gift cards and store credit are on our roadmap, and we can’t wait to offer them soon so you can share the JAVA MODE experience with your loved ones.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment doesn’t go through, first double-check your card details, billing address, and available funds. We also suggest trying an alternative payment method, such as PayPal or another card.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We’re working on it! At launch, we ship to France and the French Overseas Departments (DOM: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Guyane, Mayotte). Broader international shipping is coming soon as we scale responsibly.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • France & DOM (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Guyane, Mayotte): usually 3–7 business days.
  • Other destinations: international shipping is coming soon.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow your package step by step.

How can I track my order?

Do your products come in plus sizes?

Our collections are designed to celebrate individuality. While not every piece is available in plus sizes yet, our cuts and sizing are carefully designed to be generous and adaptable, offering a comfortable, flattering fit especially for women with curves.

We’re also working to expand our size range so even more customers can enjoy JAVA MODE creations.

Returns & Exchange

What is your return policy?

You may return your JAVA order within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry, accessories, and certain sale items may be non-returnable.

How do I request an exchange?

Please email us at javamodeglobal@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are possible as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and with tags attached.

Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, and exchanges depend on availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
